This striking ring contains a unique meteorite and shiny 2mm moissanite in palladium sterling silver. The band is a little over 2mm wide and the setting fits flush against the finger. A band could be created to fit along the bottom of the ring/setting. Think unconventional engagement ring or this can be worn as a simply stylish every day ring.

A meteoroid is the space debris/particle, perhaps from an asteroid or comet

A meteor is the flash of light we see as it comes through the earth's atmosphere (shooting star) and the meteorite is what survives!

Most meteoroids are so small they can't make it through the atmosphere and are completely vaporized.
