Day 21 - 30 Days of Human Design and Relationships - Transits!?!

Day 21 - 30 Days of Human Design and Relationships - Transits!?!

For Day 21 - What are transits and how they may affect relationships

So this is a really interesting topic to share because in a lot of ways, I don't understand the transits. On one level, I get it. And on another level, I feel like it is incredibly complicated.

Many reflectors out there probably understand the transits really well! Since reflectors have no definition of their own, the transits create definition that changes basically every day.

The sun has a transit, the moon, individual planets, in the astrology realm there are also asteroids and other celestial goings on that can affect people. Are some people more affected than others, I think so. Based upon the idea of how reflectors have lunar authority, those with more openness have a wider range of experiences based upon transits than those with more definition that aren't as affected (potentially)

So I've been thinking a lot about the transits today and pondering how they affect relationships with others and with ourselves.

Currently the gate 20 is in the transit chart in Uranus. Do I fully know what this means, no and I'm not sure it matters in the context that I'm thinking about.

This keeps the gate 20 highlighted for awhile. The gate 20 can be interesting, particularly for those that have 10, 34 or 57 and don't normally have a connection to the throat. Often people who don't have the gate 20 are attracted to those with the gate 20, particularly if it is a hanging gate because it can be such a powerful gate.

The 20/34 is the most powerful channel in the chart (supposedly) and is the only actual pure manifesting generator channel. It directly connects the sacral to the throat and moves the powerful energy of the 34 (gate of power) to the expression of the throat.

What I've been witnessing in both my partner (he has the 10) and I (I have the 57 and the 34) is an increase in energy and busy and it hasn't been easy. It was a bit like the water got turned up to full blast but the pipes weren't quite ready for it. Now that things have been flowing for a bit it feels like a different kind of experience than our usual, higher potential, but also something to acclimate to.

All this just to share my own ponderings of what the transits can mean for relationships. For people who don't experience much shift or change (my guess is maybe a lot of definition) this may not ring true at all. For those that have a lot of openness, my guess is that there are more frequent shifts and changes in energy and mood. Some transits are easier for some people and others can be more challenging, it depends on each persons individual chart and experience.

A couple weeks ago I was looking at the transit chart and seeing how it affected my chart quite differently than it did my partner's. Things definitely felt much more chaotic for me, and less so for him. After a few days, the major things that affected my chart shifted and things seemed to ease up a little.

I was thinking about how people often say things like "I don't believe that" or think it's "woo-woo" made up stuff. Which I find fascinating, but then again, I have an open ajna so... I can kind of believe most things! haha! But seriously though... part of my nature is also to look for patterns. I've done that pretty much as long as I can remember. I love finding patterns in behaviors and connections of events. Finding/looking at patterns is very logical and not all that woo-woo or belief based but data based. Ascribing meaning is different, but purely looking at patterns... to me doesn't have to do with belief.

I think about how permeable and soft our bodies are. The ways we feel pressure in a deep pool or in an airplane. So simple and yet our body feels it so much. We exist in a very very tiny zone of comfort that allows our bodies to survive and there is so much more going on that we can't see that affects us. To me, it's silly to think we aren't affected by the movements of planetary bodies. We KNOW we are affected by the movement of our own planet and the moon, we can be burned by the sun because it is extraordinarily powerful, not because we "believe" it can burn us. Our moods are affected by the sun, our sustenance, our sleep. How much time and energy is spent trying to deny the affect our world has on us? How much do people try to force themselves to stay the same, be consistent, etc. What if we can paddle in the flow and shape our direction but using what is offered to us instead of trying to force our way against nature?

Do you follow the transits? It's pretty new to me, so please feel free to share any of your thoughts or experiences with me.

Don't know? You can run a free individual chart here or a free composite chart here.
