Meteorite Jewelry
All the meteorites I use are iron based meteorites from one of 2 sites. The Sikhote-Alin meteorites landed in 1947, and are dated at about 1.7 billion years old. Or the Campo del Cielo site in Argentina where the impact crater is estimated at about 4200 - 4700 years old. The actual age of the Camp del cielo meteorites is estimated about 4.5 billion years old.
When I think of where these meteorites have been and now I get to hold it in my hand, I am in awe. I'm reminded that I too exist in the Universe and am connected to so much more than I can imagine.
