Take a deep breath - it's one of the easiest and fastest ways give your body a little self care. Most people breath with a much shallower breath than their lungs are capable of. A full deep 3 part yogic breath brings in up to 7x as much oxygen as normal. Amazing right? It's easy to go throughout the day and not think about it though, so it is great to have reminders.

They are printed on archival, acid free paper- 100% cotton, cold press natural (no whiteners) - it matches the paper I use for most of my original drawings. And cotton is a more sustainable, eco friendly alternative to wood pulp.
