For day 10, I'll explain a bit about electromagnetic connections.
I love them and find them really fascinating. They are neither good nor bad - some connections can potentially be quite a bit more challenging, but as with anything, I think awareness can greatly reduce the challenge. Once the light is shined on it, it feels like some of the confusion around the conflict can be eased.
These connections are purely mechanical. Just because you have many electromagnetic connections with someone doesn't mean that you will get along, but there may be an initial attraction that is felt, even if there is an attraction that feels more like obsessive dislike.
An electromagnetic connection is created when one chart has one hanging gate and another chart has another hanging gate that matches.
In the example below, Person 1 has the gate 12 defined and Person 2 has the 22 defined and together they create the 12/22 as an electromagnetic channel.
When the hanging gates are on undefined centers, they can create definition in the composite chart. (The charts above do not give an example of that)
I see electromagnetic connections as opportunities. A chance to feel a bit more fulfillment of the energy than of the normally "hanging" gate. Even with a challenging connection, it can be like, "wow, isn't that interesting!"
Some people feel that too many electromagnetic connections feels too spicy/zingy/charged. It has the potential to create a very hot and cold type of relationships where things feel charged and attractive and then maybe like too much and a break is needed. If it is a partnership relationship, it could be that some solo time would be needed more frequently, or not. Some people might like that feeling of a bit more spiciness, thinking that a relationship without that feels too stagnant or boring.
The reality is, you get to decide.
If you're in relationship (partner, parent/child, coworker) do you know about your electromagnetic connections? If so, what is your perspective/experience?
